  • Before initiating a return for any Luminari product, we invite you to immerse yourself in the artistry that defines our creations. Our products are crafted with precision by experienced traditional gold jewellery artisans in Jaipur and Kolkata, India. This meticulous craftsmanship results in each piece being one-of-a-kind, featuring subtle variations that enhance its allure. Natural variations in stones further contribute to the uniqueness, influencing characteristics like shape, form, and color.
  • To ensure utmost quality, each product undergoes a thorough two-step quality assessment before being dispatched, ensuring your complete satisfaction upon arrival.
  • Please note that certain earrings, particularly those with screw pin types, may undergo minimal plating loss on the screw due to necessary testing before dispatch. This process ensures easy wearability for our customers upon delivery.
  • We accept exchanges for products of equal or higher value (after Taxes) in cases of size discrepancies, transit damage, or if the product does not align with the customer’s preferences.
  • Kindly be advised that nose rings are excluded from exchange eligibility due to hygiene considerations.
  • For bangles, please ensure accurate sizing prior to purchase. Availability of non-standard sizes may vary and may require a custom order if unavailable. Certain designs may also have limited customization or be discontinued; we appreciate your understanding in such instances. Steps For Exchange:

  • Notify us within 36 hours of receiving your order via email at luminari.in@gmail.com . Include live images of the product in its original packaging along with a genuine reason for exchange.
  • Provide your name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.
  • Ship the product back to us within 72 hours of the delivery, and provide valid tracking details/docket ID with the dispatch date mentioned.
  • Amount will be credited to the customer wallet, which can be used for new purchases at any time.
  • Return shipping charges would be applicable if the return is picked up by our courier agency and shall be deducted from the wallet balance.
  • If return pickup is not available at the provided address, then the item has to be couriered by the customer, and charges are to be borne by them.

 

Shipping charges for the return are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Pack the product carefully with all accompanying items received during delivery (e.g., washers, stoppers, jewellery care card, kaanchain, screws, hooks, drawstrings, pouches, etc.), securely wrapped in bubble wrap.
  • Upon receiving the product at our head office, it will undergo a quality check. The credit amount will be reflected in the wallet of the customer and will be valid for one month from the exchange date.
  • In case of any damage in transit for returns by the customer using a courier other than our preferred agency, we are not liable for it, and the item would not be eligible for exchange.
